Teliporter is looking for an exceptional Account Director to lead relationships with fashion brands, luxury houses and lifestyle businesses who trust us to bring their most important moments to life.


You'll be at the heart of experiential campaigns that turn seasonal collections into cultural moments, store openings into destination events, and fashion weeks into unforgettable brand experiences.

If you've built your career in account management, partnerships or business development within the fashion industry (agency or client side), and you understand what luxury brands, retail directors and creative teams actually need, we want to hear from you.


Lead Campaigns for Iconic Labels & Luxury Houses:


Manage the accounts that matter most: designer labels, luxury goods brands, contemporary fashion houses, streetwear names and lifestyle retailers who are shaping the future of fashion culture.


Your job is to become their go-to partner—the person they call first when launching a new collection, opening a flagship, activating at fashion week, or creating an immersive brand experience.


This means understanding their seasonal calendars, commercial priorities, brand guidelines, creative vision and operational realities inside-out. Then using that knowledge to position Teliporter's pop-up retail, brand activations and experiential solutions as essential tools for growth.


Your focus:


·  Designer fashion brands and luxury houses

·  Contemporary and streetwear labels

·  Premium footwear and accessories brands

·  Lifestyle and athleisure retailers

·  Haute couture and ready-to-wear collections


A Fashion Visionary to Take Ownership Of:


Client Relationships That Actually Matter


·  Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of fashion and lifestyle accounts

·  Get under the skin of each client's business—their goals, challenges, seasonal calendars and growth ambitions

·  Run quarterly reviews to track campaign performance, identify wins and plan what's next

·  Resolve issues fast and champion your clients' needs internally


Campaign Strategy & Delivery


·  Spot the big opportunities: seasonal launches, fashion week activations, flagship openings, collaboration drops, trunk shows

·  Build compelling proposals for pop-up retail, experiential activations and brand experiences

·  Oversee campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring everything runs to brand, budget and deadline

·  Analyse results and turn performance data into insights that drive future success


Growing Revenue & Winning New Work


·  Find opportunities to expand within existing accounts through smart, consultative conversations

·  Pitch new concepts that solve real problems and deliver measurable ROI

·  Support RFP responses, tender submissions and competitive pitches

·  Drive contract renewals, upsells and multi-year partnerships


Amplifying Campaigns & Building Credibility


·  Work alongside client marketing teams to align PR, social and retail strategies

·  Create case studies and success stories that showcase what's possible

·  Represent Teliporter at industry events, fashion weeks, trade shows and in the rooms where decisions get made


Leading Teams & Driving Collaboration


·  Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, ops and logistics

·  Partner with our Retail Operations Project Manager to deliver flawless execution

·  Share market intelligence and client feedback with senior leadership

·  Support and develop junior team members


Who We're Looking For:


You've built your career in the fashion industry—managing accounts, growing revenue, and delivering campaigns that work. You understand how luxury brands operate, what retail directors prioritise, and how creative teams make decisions.


You'll likely have experience in:


·  Account management or partnerships within fashion, luxury goods or lifestyle retail

·  Working with designer brands, fashion houses, retail directors or brand marketing teams

·  Understanding seasonal calendars, collection launches, fashion week schedules and retail strategies

·  Building relationships with marketing directors, creative leads and senior stakeholders

·  Hitting revenue targets, retention goals and account growth KPIs

·  Consultative selling and managing multi-stakeholder projects under pressure

·  Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery when needed


You're someone who:


·  Knows the fashion landscape—the brands, the seasons, the retail calendar, the commercial reality

·  Has (or is building) a network within fashion, luxury or lifestyle brand communities

·  Understands what makes fashion marketing different from other sectors

·  Thrives on problem-solving and finds opportunities where others see obstacles

·  Communicates clearly, builds trust quickly, and stays calm when plans change
